Cross Country Ski Trail Preparation Work Party Needed!
When: 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday, October 26
Everyone is invited for a walk along at beautiful Murphys Point Provincial park to prepare trails for the upcoming winter season. We will meet at the front gate at 8 am and split into small groups to walk the trail and clear sticks/ debris, make note of any larger limbs/tress that need to be removed and start discussing and dreaming about the upcoming ski season. This is a great way to get involved in the club and meet other members! Dress for the weather and bring water, gloves and any pruning tools you might have (loppers, small handsaws, etc.).
